摘　　要：高职学生党员培养工作要做到“因地、因人、因事、因时制宜开展工作”,具有科学的理论基础,符合实现中华民族伟大复兴的时代要求。在现实工作中,高职学生党员培养工作应该充分利用好各级各类实践育人阵地,“因地制宜”拓宽党员实践平台;围绕学生需求,“因人制宜”构建协同育人网络;把握学生特点,“因事制宜”实施分层渐进培养;紧扣时代脉搏,“因时制宜”夯实理想信念教育。The cultivation of party members among vocational college students should be carried out according to local conditions,people,events,and the times.It should have a scientific theoretical basis and meet the requirements of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In practice,the cultivation of party members among vocational college students should fully utilize various levels and types of practical education platforms,and broaden the platform for party member practice according to local conditions;build a collaborative education network based on student' needs;understand the characteristics of students and implement hierarchical and gradual training according to the situation;keep up with the pulse of the times and adapt to the times to strengthen the education of ideals and beliefs.
