摘 要:提升高校教师数字素养是实现教育数字化转型的重要一环,可以更好地满足学生多样化的英语学习需求。数智技术对大学英语课程的赋能主要体现在学习资源、学习时间、学习空间以及学习模式四个方面,使大学英语教师的角色定位从单一走向了多元,教学中心从“教”走向了“学”。大学英语教师应是“习得新知”方面的探索者和学习者,是“数字安全”方面的引领者和守护者,是“课堂教学”方面的设计者和协助者,是“科研学术”方面的研究者和反思者。大学英语教师的四个核心数字素养是精准的“找”、理性的“鉴”、科学的“用”以及反思的“研”。Improving the digital literacy of college teachers is an important part of achieving the digital transformation of education,it can better meet the diversified English learning needs of students.Digital intelligence technology empowers college English teaching in four key areas:learning resources,learning time,learning space,and learning mode.Correspondingly,this has shifted the role of college English teachers from being one-dimensional to more versatile,and the teaching focus has shifted from"teaching students to learn"to"assisting students to learn".The roles of college English teachers can be concluded as follows:the explorers and learners in"acquiring new knowledge",the guide and guardian of"digital security",the designer and facilitator of"teaching activities",the scholar and thinker in"academic research".College English teachers should be equipped with the following four core digital abilities:"search information accurately","distinguish information wisely","use information scientifically"and"research with reflective thinking".
