摘　　要：随着人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)技术的飞速发展,医学影像与AI的结合正推动医疗领域的深刻变革。本文梳理了中国医学影像AI的最新进展,并从政策引导、数据支撑、模型创新以及临床应用等方面进行深入分析,同时探讨了未来发展趋势。未来医学影像AI的发展将聚焦于复合型人才的培养、伦理法规的完善和新技术的突破,以推动医学影像AI在疾病诊疗中的更广泛应用。With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,the integration of medical imaging and AI is driving profound changes in the healthcare field.This article reviews the latest progress of AI in medical imaging in China,and conducts an in-depth analysis from four key dimensions:policy guidance,data support,model innovation,and clinical application.It also explores future development trends.The future development of AI in medical imaging will focus on the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents,the improvement of ethical regulations,and breakthroughs in new AI technologies,aiming to promote the broader application of AI in medical imaging for disease diagnosis and treatment.
