摘  要:加强“双创”教育教师队伍建设,是民办应用型高校深化“双创”教育改革、服务区域经济社会发展的应然路径。师资结构不合理,工作胜任力不足,建设模式固化,影响了“双创”教育的生态优化和质量提升。人工智能时代,民办应用型高校需要顺势而为,充分发挥办学体制和经营机制的灵活性优势,通过产教融合、科教融汇、课赛融合,系统提升“双创”教师的实践能力,持续推进“双创”教育与专业教育的有机融合。Strengthening the construction of the teaching staff for“Innovation and Entrepreneurship”education is an inevitable path for private application-oriented universities to deepen the reform of“Innovation and Entrepreneurship”education and serve the regional economic and social development.The unreasonable structure of teaching staff,insufficient job competence,and the rigid construction models have affected the ecological optimization and quality improvement of“Innovation and Entrepreneurship”education.In the era of artificial intelligence,private application-oriented colleges and universities need to take advantage of the trend,give full play to the flexible advantages of the school-running system and management mechanism,systematically improve the practical ability of teachers of entrepreneurship and innovation through the integration of production and education,science and education,classes and competitions,and continue to promote the organic integration of“Innovation and Entrepreneurship”education with professional education.
