河湟文化片区民族文化保护传承的对策研究

摘　　要：河湟文化片区,作为中华文明宝库中一颗璀璨的明珠,承载着千年的历史记忆与深厚的文化底蕴,其独特的地理位置和历史背景孕育了丰富多彩的历史文化遗产和鲜明多样的民族文化。这些宝贵的文化资源不仅是中华民族多元一体格局的重要体现,也是世界文化多样性中不可或缺的一部分。然而,现代化进程的加速,带来了经济社会的快速发展与变革,但同时也对传统民族文化造成了前所未有的冲击。高楼大厦的拔地而起,现代生活方式的普及,使得年轻一代逐渐远离了传统的生活方式,对本土文化的认同感与归属感逐渐减弱。此外,全球化带来的文化交流与融合,虽然为河湟文化注入了新的活力,但也使得本土文化面临着被同质化、边缘化的风险。文章通过对河湟文化片区的深入调查和研究,提出了深挖内涵、构建传播平台,完善管理制度与体制机制,居民主体参与、多方合力推进,建设多元共生社会、促进民族交往交流交融等一系列针对性的对策和建议,旨在推动河湟文化片区的可持续发展和民族文化的有效保护与传承。Hehuang cultural district,as a bright pearl in the treasure house of Chinese civilization,bears the historical memory of thousands of years and profound cultural details,its unique geographical location and historical background has bred a rich,colorful historical and cultural heritage,and a distinct and diverse national culture.These valuable cultural resources are not only an important reflection of the Chinese national pluralistic integration pattern,but also an indispensable part of the world cultural diversity.However,the acceleration of the modernization process has brought rapid economic and social development and change,meanwhile it has caused an unprecedented impact on the traditional culture.With the rise of high-rise buildings and the popularization of modern life style,the younger generation gradually deviated from the traditional life style and values,and gradually weakened the sense of identity and belonging to the local culture.In addition,the cultural exchange and integration brought by globalization has injected new vitality into hehuang culture,but it also makes the local culture face the risk of being homogenized and marginalized.Based on the in-depth investigation and study of Hehuang culture area,this paper puts forward the connotation of deep excavation,a series of countermeasures and suggestions,such as constructing the communication platform,perfecting the management system and mechanism,involving the main body of the residents,promoting multi-party cooperation,building a pluralistic symbiotic society,and promoting ethnic exchanges and integration.The purpose is to promote the sustainable development of hehuang culture area and the effective protection and inheritance of national culture.
