摘　　要：智慧数据是破解当前文化遗产领域庞大的数据资源未能得到有效利用困境的重要手段。文章探索文化遗产智慧数据价值如何在资源建设中逐步凝练,并在智慧服务应用中实现,从而激活文化遗产价值,促进文化遗产资源的活化利用。选取国内外文化遗产数据资源建设与服务应用相关项目进行调研,在此基础上分析文化遗产价值创生的逻辑与路径。首先,明确参与主体、数据资源、数据标准、支撑技术四个价值创生核心要素;其次,分析文化遗产智慧数据从数字化、数据化、智慧化到场景化的建设流程中,其价值激活、价值聚合、价值挖掘与价值释放的价值创生环节;最后,从资源建设、服务应用、价值表达三个方面对文化遗产智慧数据价值创生实现路径进行分析,促进文化遗产智慧数据提质增效。Smart data is an important means to solve the dilemma that current data resources in the field of cultural heritage are huge but not effectively utilized.This paper explores how the value of cultural heritage smart data can be gradually created in resource development and realized in smart services to activate the value of cultural heritage and promote the activation and utilization of cultural heritage resources.Looking at the projects related to the development of cultural heritage data resources and services at home and abroad,the paper examines the logic and path of cultural heritage value creation.Firstly,it clarifies the four core elements of value creation,namely,participants,data resources,data standards and supporting technologies.Secondly,it analyzes the value creation links of value activation,value aggregation,value mining and value release in the development process of cultural heritage intelligent data from digitization,datafication,intelligentization to contextualization.Finally,it explores the realization path of value creation of cultural heritage smart data from the perspective of resource development,service application and value expression,so as to promote the quality and efficiency of cultural heritage smart data.
