摘　　要：文章先结合个人信息管理(PIM)中的“保存-管理-利用”环节,从“过度保存-无序管理-无效利用”三个负面效应推出“过度获取、整理困难、删除困难、再现困难”四个用户UGC数字囤积行为表现;再通过半结构化访谈收集21份样本数据,运用扎根理论进行编码分析,综合逻辑推理与一手数据的编码,提炼构建社交媒体用户UGC数字囤积行为的形成机理模型。研究发现:用户的UGC数字囤积有平台囤积、本地囤积和第三方囤积等三种行为方式;其影响因素来自UGC信息特征、UGC平台、UGC平台用户、社会情境等四个方面;有形成期、成熟期和改良期等三个发展阶段;潜在后果除会让用户产生多维、复杂、矛盾的情绪外,还会引发用户对平台的消极使用甚至使用中辍行为,而在积极情绪作用下,用户也会自发进行“反数字囤积行为”。Based on the personal information management(PIM)process of preservation,management,and utilization,this paper introduces 4 UGC digital hoarding behaviors according to the 3 negative effects of excessive preservation,disorganized management,and ineffective utilization,namely overacquisition,difficulty in organizing,difficulty in deleting,and difficulty in reproducing.By collecting data on the 21 subjects through semistructured interviews,it conducts a grounded theory study and develops a formation mechanism model for social media users’UGC digital hoarding behaviors through logical reasoning and primary data coding.The study suggests that there are 3 types of UGC digital hoarding behaviors:platform hoarding,local hoarding,and third-party hoarding,which are influenced by factors of UGC information characteristics,UGC platform,UGC platform users,and social contexts.Digital UGC hoarding usually goes through 3 development stages:formation,maturity,and improvement.In addition to generating multidimensional,complex,and contradictory emotions,UGC digital hoarding may lead to negative platform usage or even dropout behavior;however,under the influence of positive emotions,users will spontaneously engage in“anti-digital hoarding behavior”.
