新一轮审核评估视域下应用型本科高校质量保障体系的重构与实践——以巢湖学院为例

摘　　要：新一轮审核评估对应用型本科高校质量保障体系建设提出了新要求,强调要全面强化质量管理、坚持质量持续改进、注重培育质量文化。当前应用型本科高校质量保障体系建设普遍存在质量标准体系不完善、质量保障组织不健全、质量监测反馈不及时、质量持续改进不到位、质量文化氛围不浓厚等问题。近年来,巢湖学院坚持问题导向,遵循OBE理念,对原构建的质量保障体系进行重构,构建全程覆盖、循环反馈、闭合有效的质量保障体系,并通过完善质量标准体系、健全质量保障组织、强化质量监测反馈、坚持质量持续改进、培育“五自”质量文化等举措不断提升质量保障水平。The new round of audit evaluation has set new requirements for the construction of quality assurance systems in application-oriented undergraduate universities,emphasizing the need to comprehensively strengthen quality management,adhere to continuous quality improvement,and focus on cultivating a culture of quality.Currently,the construction of quality assurance systems in application-oriented undergraduate universities generally faces issues such as an imperfect quality standard system,an incomplete quality assurance organization,untimely quality monitoring feedback,inadequate continuous quality improvement,and a lack of a strong quality culture atmosphere.In recent years,Chaohu University has adhered to a problem-oriented approach and followed the OBE concept to reconstruct its original quality assurance system,forming a full-coverage,cyclical feedback,and effective closed-loop quality assurance system.The university has continuously improved the level of quality assurance through measures such as perfecting the quality standard system,establishing a sound quality assurance organization,strengthening quality monitoring feedback,adhering to continuous quality improvement,and cultivating a"Five Self"quality culture.
