摘  要:新文科理念包含学科融合、学术创新和人文素养等多元观点,为应用型大学教学创新团队建设提供跨学科交叉融合、全方位创新发展、高质量体系变革、多维度过程评价等理论支撑。在具体实践中,新文科在与应用型大学教学创新团队建设融合过程中凸显出方向不坚定、资源不充足、体系不完善等问题。对此,新文科背景下应用型大学教学创新团队需要在新文科理念本质内涵的支撑下,从顶层设计、教学体系、支撑机制和队伍建设等多个实践路径开展建设工作。New liberal arts is a multidisciplinary curriculum restructuring based on traditional liberal arts,which has become a key guide for applied higher education institutions to promote the reform and practice of liberal arts education in the new era.The new liberal arts concept contains rich scientific theories,and its diverse perspectives such as disciplinary integration,academic innovation,and humanistic literacy can be summarized as interdisciplinary integration,all-round innovative development,high-quality system transformation,and multi-dimensional process evaluation.It is an important support for the construction of teaching innovation teams in applied universities.However,in practical application,the integration of New Humanities with the construction of innovative teaching teams in applied universities has highlighted issues such as lack of firm direction,insufficient resources,and imperfect systems.In the context of the new liberal arts,the teaching innovation team of applied universities needs to explore and practice from multiple dimensions such as top-level design,teaching system,support mechanism,and team building,supported by the essential connotation of the new liberal arts concept.
