摘 要:评价是撬动学生全面发展的支点。基于五育融合的劳动素养评价是以培育完整的价值观,打破学科壁垒,贯穿小学生学习、活动、生活全过程、各领域,在家校社共同体中实施的评价活动。新时代背景下,开展小学生劳动素养评价对落实立德树人根本任务具有重要的意义和价值。学校要积极探索小学阶段劳动素养评价实施优化策略,通过开发使用统一的劳动素养评价工具,提高新时代教师的评价素养,创设评价多元协同体系,为提升小学生劳动素养提供助力。Evaluation is the pivot that leverages"the comprehensive development of students.The evaluation of labor literacy based on the integration of five educations is an evaluation activity implemented in the home school community with the value orientation of cultivating complete individuals,breaking down disciplinary barriers,and running through the entire process and various fields of primary school students'learning,activities,and life.In the context of the new era,conducting an evaluation of primary school students labor literacy is of great significance and value in implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent.Schools should actively explore optimization strategies for evaluating labor literacy at the primary school level,improve the evaluation literacy of labor teachers in the new era through the development and use of unified labor literacy evaluation tools,create a multi-dimensional collaborative system for labor literacy evaluation,and provide assistance in improving the labor literacy of primary school students.
