近十年国际孤独症早期干预研究热点——基于Web of Science期刊文献的可视化分析

摘　　要：早期干预已被证实能有效提升孤独症儿童在认知、语言、社会情感功能方面的表现,为其日后融入社会奠定坚实基础。该研究采用CiteSpace软件,对Web of Science核心数据库中2013年至2023年间关于孤独症早期干预的论文数据进行了全面检索与可视化分析。研究结果显示,该领域的文献发表量呈现出稳定增长的态势,其中美国在该领域的发文量居于首位。热点研究主题主要聚焦于孤独症的早期识别、筛查与诊断技术,同时强调了家长在干预过程中的关键作用,并深入探讨了孤独症儿童的社交障碍问题以及有效的早期干预策略。展望未来,该领域的研究应当致力于推进我国孤独症筛查工具的本土化和规范化进程,加强孤独症的神经和生理机制研究,并促进孤独症干预方法的创新性和个性化发展。Early intervention has been proven to be effective in improving the cognitive,language,and social-emotional functioning of children with autism,laying a solid foundation for their future integration into society.This study uses CiteSpace software to conduct a comprehensive search and visual analysis of journal articles on early intervention for autism from 2013 to 2023 in the Web of Science core database.The results show that the number of publications in this field has exhibited a steady growth trend,with the United States leading in the number of publications.The hot research topics mainly focus on the early identification,screening,and diagnosis of autism,emphasizing the key role of parents in the intervention process and deeply discussing the social impairments of children with autism and effective early intervention strategies.Looking forward,research in this field should focus on promoting the localization and standardization of autism screening tools in China,strengthening research on the neural and physiological mechanisms of autism,and fostering innovative and personalized development of autism intervention methods.
