摘　　要：2025年1月19日,中共中央、国务院印发《教育强国建设规划纲要(2024-2035年)》,这是未来10年我国教育强国建设的战略宏图,是引领我国教育综合改革的顶层设计,意义重大。当今世界国与国之间的竞争日益加剧,提升国际影响力成为抢占国际竞争主动权的不二选择,同时也是衡量教育强国建设成效的不可或缺之要素。国际影响力是通过国际政治话语权和科技竞争力得以体现的,世界举凡国际话语权及科技竞争力强亦即国际影响力大的国度,无不是教育强国尤其是高等教育强国,国力竞争最终是教育的竞争尤其是高等教育的竞争。因此,提升国际影响力是主动应对世界百年未有之大变局的需要,是为推进人类命运共同体作出中国贡献的需要,是建设具有国际竞争比较优势之中国式现代化的需要。On January 19,2025,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council released the 2024-2035 Master Plan for Positioning China as a Global Leader in Education,a strategic framework for advancing China’s educational leadership over the next decade.This plan serves as the cornerstone for China’s broader educational reforms,holding profound significance for the nation’s development.In an era of intensifying global competition,strengthening international influence has become a critical component in gaining the upper hand in global affairs.It is also a key metric for evaluating the success of China’s educational aspirations.International influence manifests in two major forms:political discourse power and scientific and technological prowess.Countries that excel in these areas are not only recognized as global educational leaders but are also positioned as strong contenders in the international arena,particularly in higher education.As national strength is increasingly measured by the quality of education,especially in the higher education sector,enhancing international influence is crucial.It is essential for China to respond proactively to the transformative global shifts of the past century and to ensure the country’s modernization is competitive on the international stage,contributing to the vision of a community with a shared future for humanity.
