日本一流大学跨学科教育的实现路径与支撑体制研究——以筑波大学为例

摘  要:日本一流大学在政府主导下,一直致力于推动学科间的交叉融合,强化协作创新。其中,筑波大学秉承全方位开放式办学理念,以跨学科发展为主旨,在行政管理体制、教研组织制度、师生支持体系等多重体制支撑下,展开了多元化跨学科教育实践探索。我国高校应基于国情及大学自身发展现状,树立明确的跨学科教育理念,制定具体的跨学科人才培养方案及发展规划;重视文理融合,探索发展学群、学术院式跨学科性院系的构建;设置多元化、多层级的跨学科专业及跨学科课程,深度实施产学合作教育;明确支撑体制的重要性,重构与跨学科教育相适应的行政管理及教研组织体系;创设多维支持性制度环境,促进师生跨学科实践成长等,努力探寻和推进跨学科教育的本土化路径。Under government guidance,top universities in Japan have actively promoted interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation.Tsukuba University,in particular,embraces a philosophy of comprehensive and open education,with a strong focus on interdisciplinary development.Supported by a robust framework encompassing administrative management,teaching and research organizations,as well as faculty and student support systems,Tsukuba has engaged in extensive efforts to integrate diverse disciplines in educational practice.This paper suggests that Chinese universities,taking into account their unique national context and developmental stage,should establish a clear interdisciplinary education philosophy,develop specific talent cultivation programs,and create detailed development plans.Furthermore,emphasis should be placed on bridging the gap between the arts and sciences,exploring the creation of interdisciplinary academic clusters and colleges,and introducing interdisciplinary majors and courses at various levels.Strong industry-academic collaborations should also be encouraged to deepen practical education.In addition,the supporting infrastructure—such as administrative management and teaching and research systems—must be realigned to support interdisciplinary education.Creating a multi-dimensional institutional environment conducive to the interdisciplinary growth of both faculty and students will be crucial in advancing and localizing interdisciplinary education in China.
