高职院校统招生与综合评价生在大学期间的心理、行为比较研究——基于陕西省改革实施情况的思考

摘  要:陕西省自2014年起实施的高职院校综合评价招生政策,结合考生的学业成绩、综合素质和职业适应能力,构建了多元化的评价体系,促进了教育公平和学生多元化发展。统招生和综合评价生在大学期间的心理和行为特征存在显著差异,统招生通常学术专注、成绩优异,但在创新、社交和情感管理方面较弱;综合评价生则表现出较强的自我认知、情感调节和社交能力,虽然学术成绩稍逊,但在实践和创新方面表现更为突出。陕西的经验已成为全国高等职业教育改革的宝贵参考,能够帮助其他省份高职院校优化招生与人才培养方案,提升教育质量和学生全面发展。Since 2014,Shaanxi Province has implemented a comprehensive evaluation enrollment policy for higher vocational colleges,combining academic performance,comprehensive qualifications,and vocational adaptability to create a diversified evaluation system.This policy aims to promote educational equity and support the diverse development of students.The study reveals significant differences in the psychological and behavioral characteristics of regular Gaokao students and those admitted through the comprehensive evaluation process.Regular students,typically focused on academics,tend to perform well in their studies but show lower levels of innovation,social interaction,and emotional regulation.In contrast,comprehensive evaluation students demonstrate stronger self-awareness,emotional regulation,and social skills,excelling in practical application and innovation,although their academic performance is slightly lower.The experience of Shaanxi’s enrollment reform provides valuable insights for the national higher vocational education system,offering a reference for optimizing enrollment and talent development strategies,enhancing education quality,and fostering the holistic development of students.
