摘  要:探析普通高中生涯教育评价的价值取向和路径优化是完善普通高中生涯教育体系的应有之义。当前,我国普通高中的生涯教育评价还存在若干问题,具体表现在,生涯教育评价标准共性缺失与个性不足,评价主体内部封闭与协商机制缺失,评价内容结构失衡与功利性凸显,评价方法简单传统与科学性不足。因此,普通高中生涯教育评价应遵循“共性+个性”逻辑,以统一多元为坐标参照,契合全纳拔尖;依据共治逻辑,以多元参与为基本立场,实现价值共融;坚持人本逻辑,以服务发展为内核基础,回归育人本义;依从理性逻辑,以科学适切为动力引擎,助力提质增效。遵循上述价值取向,未来普通高中生涯教育评价应构建共性与个性相结合的生涯教育评价标准,打造多元主体参与的生涯教育评价生态,设计全面育人的评价内容,运用科学动态化的生涯教育评价方法,优化生涯教育评价路径,推动普通高中生涯教育高质量发展。Optimizing the value orientation and path of career education evaluation in senior high schools is crucial for enhancing the career education system.Currently,several challenges exist in the career education evaluation practices of some Chinese senior high schools,including a lack of standardized frameworks,insufficient individualization,internal siloing,and the absence of negotiation mechanisms among evaluation stakeholders.Additionally,there is a structural imbalance and an overemphasis on utilitarian objectives in the evaluation content,coupled with simplistic and traditional evaluation methods that lack scientific rigor.To address these issues,career education evaluation should adopt a balanced approach that integrates commonality and individuality,leveraging diverse standards to support inclusive,high-quality education.Guided by a co-governance framework,the evaluation should promote multi-stakeholder participation to foster value integration.The evaluation process should also be grounded in humanistic principles,with an emphasis on service development to return to the core purpose of educating students.Furthermore,evaluation methods must align with rationality,applying scientific and appropriate approaches to enhance effectiveness and quality.Future career education evaluations should therefore establish standards that blend commonality and individuality,foster an inclusive evaluation ecology,design comprehensive evaluation content,and implement dynamic,scientific evaluation methods.This will optimize career education and promote its high-quality development in senior high schools.
