摘　　要：动脉瘤样骨囊肿(aneurysmal bone cyst,ABC)是一种良性的局部侵袭、扩张和出血性病变。ABC好发于儿童和年轻人,大约30%的ABC是继发性的,ABC可累及身体内任何骨骼,虽然以长骨骨干及干骺端为主,但全身骨骼的各部位均可累及,虽然ABC的发病机制尚不明确,但目前病灶刮除成为ABC的首选治疗方法[1-2]。现报道1例距骨ABC患者的开放手术治疗及预后。临床资料患者,男,22岁,扭伤后左足背疼痛半年,加重1个月入院。查体:左足背部轻压痛,左足背皮下稍肿胀,左足背部有明显压痛。Objective To report a rare case of aneurysmal bone cyst(ABC)in the talus.Methods We reviewed one case of aneurysmal bone cyst of the talus treated in the clinic.Results After admission to the hospital,preoperative examination was completed.The diagnosis was clarified,and open surgery was performed to scrape the lesion.The anhydrous alcohol was used to inactivate,and autologous iliac bone graft was taken and fixed with 2 screws.Pathological examination showed giant cell reparative granuloma with secondary aneurysmal giant cyst.Postoperative pain was relieved,foot function was restored,and no recurrence was seen at 1-year follow-up.Conclusions ABC of the foot and ankle can be treated under direct arthroscopic vision by using a micro high-speed grinder to remove the residual wall of the tumor.The autogenous or artificial bone is implanted to reduce the recurrence rate of the tumor,which is recommended as a surgical procedure.
