摘　　要：甲状腺相关性眼病(thyroid associated ocular disease,TAO)是以眼周及眶周组织的浸润性病变为特征的自身免疫性疾病,随着疾病的进展甲状腺相关性眼病患者可呈现出不同的体征及表现,如上睑退缩、眼睑水肿、眶周软组织肿胀、眼外肌受累、视神经功能障碍等,严重影响到患者的日常生活及身心健康;目前已有大量研究关于客观、精准的评价甲状腺相关性眼病,研究结果繁多;本文将结合国内外研究报道,进行系统性总结分析,探讨TAO活动性客观评价的现况。Thyroid-associated ocular disease(TAO)is an autoimmune disease characterized by the infiltration of periorbital tissues.As TAO progresses,different signs and manifestations may occur,such as eyelid retraction,eyelid edema,periorbital soft-tissue swelling,extraocular muscle involvement,and optic nerve dysfunction,which seriously affect patients'daily life and their physical and mental health.The results vary of studies to date of the objective and accurate evaluation of TAO.In addition to examining domestic and foreign reports,this study conducts a systematic summary and analysis of the current status of objective evaluations of TAO activity.
