教育家精神融入高校思政课教学的意义与路径

摘  要:教育家精神是对中国历代教育家伟大精神和教师职业道德的深度诠释,也是对中华民族优良教学传统的现代演绎和发展。为国育才的责任意识、精益求精的创新精神、甘于奉献的高尚情怀构成了教育家精神的精神特质。将教育家精神融入高校思政课,以教育家精神蕴含的文化之力促进思政课教学的守正创新,既是彰显中华优秀传统文化品格与风采的时代之需,也是新时代建设教育强国的应然之选。高校要想提升教育家精神融入思政课教学的实效性,需要树立以学生为中心的教学理念,把握教育家精神融入高校思政课的切入点,创新教育家精神融入思政课的教学模式和方法,创设教育家精神融入思政课的育人环境。The spirit of educators represents a profound interpretation of the great virtues of Chinese educators throughout history,as well as the professional ethics of teachers.It also embodies the modern adaptation and development of the nation's esteemed teaching traditions.The core qualities of the spirit of educators include a sense of responsibility in nurturing talent for the nation,an innovative spirit in pursuit of excellence,and a noble sentiment of selfless dedication.Integrating this spirit into university-level ideological and political education,harnessing its inherent cultural power to promote the integrity and innovation of teaching,is both a timely necessity to showcase the essence of Chinese traditional culture and a strategic choice for building a strong educational system in the new era.Enhancing the effectiveness of integrating the spirit of educators into ideological and political education in universities requires adopting a student-centered teaching philosophy,identifying key entry points for such integration,innovating teaching models and methods,and creating an educational environment conducive to the cultivation of the educators'spirit.
