摘  要:在复杂多变的国际环境与日益激烈的市场竞争中,如何通过有效治理促进企业双元创新成为学术界与实践界的重要课题。以2013—2022年中国沪深A股上市企业为研究对象,构建了独立董事-CEO人际关系友好性、背景相似友好性与企业双元创新的理论框架,并进一步探讨了吸收能力在其中的调节作用。研究结果显示,独立董事-CEO的人际关系友好性与企业利用式创新显著正相关,但与探索式创新显著负相关;而背景相似友好性对利用式创新和探索式创新均具有显著的正向影响。此外,吸收能力对独立董事-CEO友好性与企业双元创新的关系起到正向的调节作用。研究结论不仅扩展了企业治理与创新领域的理论视角,还为企业优化管理层关系和提升吸收能力以促进双元创新提供了实践指导。In the context of a complex and dynamic international environment and increasingly intense market competition,how to promote enterprise ambidextrous innovation through effective governance has become a critical issue for both academic and practice circles.Using Chinse A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2013 to 2022 as research objects,this study develops a theoretical framework linking independent director-CEO interpersonal relationship friendliness,background similarity friendliness,and enterprise ambidextrous innovation,and further explores the moderating role of absorptive capacity.The results indicate that independent director-CEO interpersonal relationship friendliness has significant positive correlations with exploitative innovation but significantly negatively correlated with exploratory innovation.In contrast,background similarity friendliness has a significant positive impact on both exploitative and exploratory innovations.Moreover,absorptive capacity positively moderates the relationship between independent director-CEO friendliness and enterprise ambidextrous innovation.These findings not only expand the theoretical perspective of corporate governance and innovation research,but also provide practical guidance for enterprise to optimize management relationships and improve absorptive capacity so as to facilitate ambidextrous innovation.
