摘  要:为了提升黄土隧道钢拱架安装质量和施工的安全性,发明了一种自行式液压钢拱架安装台车,此台车实现了钢拱架在较为安全区域完成拼装和安装。文章详细介绍了自行式液压台车的工作原理、现场应用实践、应用效果评价,主要通过现场实际操作来评估此发明的价值。通过现场使用情况得出:自行式液压钢拱架安装台车适用性强,可根据具体项目设计参数进行现场加工制作;实现了隧道钢拱架能够在较为安全区域拼装,很大程度上降低了施工的安全风险;大幅缩短了施工时间、节省项目成本、提升了隧道钢拱架安装质量。此发明的使用在公路隧道工程中已取得了较大成功,期待在应用中不断优化改进。In order to improve the installation quality and construction safety of steel arches in loess tunnels,a self-propelled hydraulic steel arch installation trolley has been invented,which realizes the assembly and installation of steel arches in a relatively safe area.The article provides a detailed introduction to the working principle,on-site application practice,and application effect evaluation of the self-propelled hydraulic trolley,mainly evaluating the value of this invention through on-site practical operation.Based on on-site usage,it can be concluded that the self-propelled hydraulic steel arch installation trolley has strong applicability and can be processed and manufactured on-site according to specific project design parameters.The steel arch frame of the tunnel can be assembled in a relatively safe area,greatly reducing the safety risks of construction.It significantly shortened construction time,saved project costs,and improved the quality of tunnel steel arch installation.The use of this invention in highway tunnel engineering has achieved great success,and we look forward to continuous optimization and improvement in its application.
