摘  要:本文以金仁桐高速项目为例,以项目光明隧道二衬结构施工为背景,自主设计了一套二衬混凝土浇筑一体化模板台车,可满足现场施工需求及保障工程车辆正常通行,同时采用有限元分析软件建立了二衬台车整体模型,通过模拟施加荷载及采取不同荷载组合方式分析了台车各构件的强度、刚度,并辅助信息化云台实现洞外动态监控作业。结果表明台车整体安全可靠、经济可行,可为类似工程提供台车设计思路。This article takes the Jinrentong Expressway project as an example and takes the construction of the Guangming Tunnel's secondary lining structure as the background.A set of integrated formwork trolleys for secondary lining concrete pouring has been independently designed,which can meet the on-site construction needs and ensure the normal passage of engineering vehicles.At the same time,a finite element analysis software has been used to establish the overall model of the secondary lining trolley.By simulating the application of loads and adopting different load combinations,the strength and stiffness of each component of the trolley have been analyzed,and an information-based gimbal has been used to achieve dynamic monitoring operations outside the tunnel.The results indicate that the overall safety,reliability,and economic feasibility of the trolley can provide trolley design ideas for similar projects.
