摘 要:随着教育强国建设的推进,建设高水平现代化大学成为各高校的共识。基础设施建设是高校教育教学的硬件基础,国家对高校基建投资力度逐年增加,如何做好基建项目管理显得尤为重要。从现状来看,高校基建管理存在缺乏融合型管理人员、设计不合理、施工质量把关不严、风险防范意识不足等问题,亟待改善。文章阐明了在高校基建管理领域引入精细化管理手段的重要意义,并从实际案例出发针对性探析实施精细化管理的相关措施,旨在进一步提高高校基建的管理水平,助力高校高质量发展。With the advancement of the construction of a strong education country,building high-level modern universities has become a consensus among various colleges and universities.College infrastructure construction is the hardware foundation of education and teaching.The government's investment in university infrastructure has been increasing year by year,making it particularly important to do a good job in project management.From the current situation,there are problems in college infrastructure management such as a lack of integrated management personnel,unreasonable design,lax construction quality control,and insufficient risk prevention awareness,which urgently need improvement.This article elucidates the importance of introducing refined management methods in the field of college infrastructure management,and analyzes targeted measures for implementing refined management based on practical cases,aiming to improve the management level of college infrastructure and help colleges achieve high-quality development.
