冲脉为病的临证辨治思路探析

摘　　要：冲脉为病典型表现为逆气里急,为一种临床常见的病理状态,多涉及气机运行失常所致的多种病症。从理论基础、病理特点和临证辨治三个层面,阐述冲脉为病的特点为气上冲、阴火上冲及水气上冲三个主要表现,其中气上冲又包括冲气上逆、冲胃气逆、肾气上逆、肝气上逆四个方面。提出平冲降逆、固冲伏火、温冲化气行水三大治法。总结其在临床诊疗中的实际应用,以期加深对冲脉功能与病变机制的理解,为多种疾病的中医诊治提供思路和方法。As a common pathological state in clinical practice,Chong Mai(冲脉)disease is typically manifested as rebellious qi and a sense of urgency.It often involves various diseases caused by the disorder of qi circulation.From the perspectives of theoretical foundation,pathological characteristics,and clinical differentiation and treatment,this paper elaborates on the characteristics of Chong Mai(冲脉)as the cause of disease,including three main manifestations such as upward qi surge,upward yin fire,and upward water-qi.Among these,the upward qi surge is further categorized into four aspects,i.e.Chong Qi(冲气)counterflow,counterflow of stomach qi,counterflow of kidney qi,and counterflow of liver qi.Three major treatment methods are proposed including pacifying the Chong Mai and reversing the counterflow,consolidating Chong Mai to subdue fire,and warming Chong Mai to resolve qi and promote water flow.This paper summarizes its practical application in clinical diagnosis and treatment,aiming to deepen the understanding of the functional and pathological mechanisms of Chong Mai,and to provide insights and methods for the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of various diseases.
