摘  要:为提升高速铁路Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道的力学性能与耐久性,实现规范化施工,提出高速铁路Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土施工技术。设计自密实混凝土的配合比,确保拌制的混凝土满足性能要求。进行桥面高程精确测量,连接钢筋,并安装模板,完成底座板的连接施工。铺设Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道板,依据严格的偏差要求对轨道板进行调整,保证位置精确无误。进行自密实混凝土灌注,提高Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道的整体质量和稳定性。试验结果表明,高速铁路Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土施工技术能够有效实现规范化施工,各项工作性指标均达到要求,抗压强度较高,冻融循环剥落量较小,体现出良好的力学性能和耐久性。In order to improve the mechanical property and durability of the typeⅢslab ballastless track of high-speed railway and realize the standardized construction,the self-compacting concrete construction technology of the typeⅢslab ballastless track of high-speed railway was proposed.The mix ratio of self-compacting concrete is designed to ensure that the mixed concrete meets the performance requirement.The accurate measurement of the bridge deck elevation is carried out,the reinforcement is connected,and the formwork is installed to complete the connection construction of the base plate.The typeⅢslab ballastless track slab is laid,and the track slab is adjusted according to the strict deviation requirement to ensure that the position is accurate.The self-compacting concrete pouring is carried out to improve the overall quality and stability of the typeⅢslab ballastless track.The test result shows that the self-compacting concrete construction technology of the typeⅢslab ballastless track of high-speed railway can effectively realize standardized construction,and all working indexes meet the requirements,with high compressive strength and small amount of freeze-thaw cycle spalling,which reflects good mechanical property and durability.
