摘  要:在“碳达峰、碳中和”战略背景下,农业碳排放问题日益凸显,绿色信贷被认为是推动农业实现绿色转型的重要动力。选取2010—2021年30个省份的面板数据作为研究样本,从技术创新和资源配置的角度梳理绿色信贷对碳排放的影响效应。在此基础上,构建面板数据回归模型,以农业碳排放强度为被解释变量、绿色信贷水平为核心解释变量进行实证分析。结果表明,绿色信贷与农业碳排放强度呈显著负相关,能有效促进农业碳减排,且在经济发达地区及种植业占比高的地区作用更显著,经过稳健性检验后结论依然可靠。基于研究结果,提出持续扩大绿色信贷规模、优化信贷政策、加强区域协作等参考建议,助力农业高质量发展与“双碳”目标的实现。Against the strategic backdrop of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,"the issue of agricultural carbon emissions has become increasingly prominent.Green credit is regarded as a key driver in promoting the green transformation of agriculture.Using panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2021,this paper explores the impact of green credit on agricultural carbon emis-sions from the perspectives of technological innovation and resource allocation.A panel regression model is constructed,with agricultural carbon emissions intensity as the dependent variable and the level of green credit as the core explanatory variable for empirical analysis.The results show that green credit is significantly negatively correlated with agricultural carbon emissions intensity,effec-tively promoting carbon reduction in agriculture.The impact is more pronounced in economically de-veloped regions and those with a high proportion of crop farming.The conclusions remain robust after conducting sensitivity tests.Based on the findings,the paper proposes policy recommendations such as expanding the scale of green credit,optimizing credit policies,and strengthening regional collaboration to support high-quality agricultural development and the achievement of dual carbon goals.
