摘  要:建设高质量的教育体系,其中一个关键所在是师资队伍建设,只有培养出高水平强素质的师资队伍,才能实现文化的传承和创新发展。农村教育的发展是乡村振兴的关键要素之一,提升乡村教师专业素养是农村基础教育高质量发展的重要条件。通过研究国内外关于乡村教师专业素养研究相关文献资料,运用田野调查法对漳州市农村基础教育教师队伍的专业素养发展现状进行调查和研究分析,从外部影响和教育者自身两方面分析当前本地区乡村教师专业素养水平的现状特点与发展困境,建议从优化政策保障、强化培训效能和激发内驱力三个路径提高乡村教师核心素养,为促进农村基础教育高质量发展提供依据。One of the keys to build a high-quality education system is the construction of teaching staff and only by cultivating high-level and strong-quality teaching staff can we achieve cultural inheritance and innovative development.The development of rural education is one of the key elements of rural revitalization,and enhancing the professional quality of rural teachers is an important condition for the high-quality development of rural basic education.Based on the review of relevant literature on the professional competence of rural teachers both domestically and internationally,this paper,using field investigation method,investigates and analyzes the current development status of professional competence of rural basic education teachers in Zhangzhou City,after analyzingthe current situation,characteristics,and development challenges of the professional competence level of rural teachers in this region from both external influences and educators.It also provides suggestions for the growth of core competencies of rural teachers through three paths:optimizing policy guarantees,strengthening training effectiveness,and stimulating internal drive,to provide a basis for promoting high-quality development of rural basic education.
