摘  要:护理技能大赛作为评价和提升护理人员专业水平的重要平台,为急危重症护理技术实践教学改革提供了有益启示。本文在分析护理技能大赛优势特点的基础上,剖析了当前急危重症护理技术实践教学存在的问题,并提出了护理技能大赛与实践教学融合的策略。通过构建竞赛导向的实践教学新模式、优化教学内容与临床案例资源整合、创新教学方法与考核评价机制、建立教学质量监控与持续改进体系等举措,可显著提高急危重症护理技术实践教学质量,培养高素质、强能力的急危重症护理人才。The nursing skills competition,as an important platform for evaluating and improving the professional level of nursing staff,provides useful inspiration for the reform of practical teaching of critical care nursing techniques.On the basis of analyzing the advantages and characteristics of nursing skills competitions,this article analyzes the problems existing in the current practical teaching of critical care nursing techniques,and proposes strategies for integrating nursing skills competitions with practical teaching.By constructing a competition oriented practical teaching model,optimizing the integration of teaching content and clinical case resources,innovating teaching methods and assessment mechanisms,establishing a teaching quality monitoring and continuous improvement system,and other measures,the quality of emergency and critical care nursing technology practical teaching can be significantly improved,and high-quality and capable emergency and critical care nursing talents can be cultivated.
