摘　　要：随着社会发展和科技进步,创新实践能力已成为衡量一个国家和民族竞争力的重要标准。研究生教育作为高层次人才培养的重要环节,其目标已经从单纯的知识传授转变为培养创新型人才,培养质量直接关系到国家未来的发展。作为培养创新能力的重要途径之一,学科竞赛在研究生教育中发挥着至关重要的作用。本文以学科竞赛为载体,通过文献阅读、问卷调查等研究方法,探讨了如何提升研究生的创新实践能力,分析了学科竞赛在培养研究生创新实践能力过程中的作用与不足,针对性地提出了相应的措施及管理办法,以促进学科竞赛的发展,提升研究生的创新实践能力。With the development of society and technological progress,the goal of graduate education has shifted from simply imparting knowledge to cultivating innovative talents,and innovation ability has become one of the essential core competencies for graduate students.As one of the important ways to cultivate innovation ability,subject competitions play a crucial role in graduate education.Using subject competitions as a carrier,this paper explores how to enhance graduate students'innovative practical abilities,analyzes the role and shortcomings of subject competitions in cultivating graduate students'innovative practical abilities,and proposes corresponding measures and management methods to promote the development of subject competitions and enhance graduate students'innovative practical abilities.
