“三全育人”视角下高校勤工助学的SWOT分析

摘　　要：近年来,随着国家社会经济水平的飞速发展,人民群众日益增长的物质精神文化需求也在不断提高,这也影响着高校学生资助育人模式的不断推进和创新。传统的保障型资助已无法从根本上满足当下青年大学生适应日新月异的信息化社会的需求,各个高校都在积极探索由保障型资助到发展型资助育人的实施路径,其中,勤工助学作为高校学生资助体系的补充,在全员、全过程、全方位育人方面体现出明显的优势和作用。本文在“三全育人”视角下,使用SWOT分析法,对高校勤工助学管理存在的内部优势和劣势、外部机遇和挑战进行分析,并构造SWOT矩阵,形成高校勤工助学的发展策略,提出科学构建勤工助学“学校—学院—用工部门—学生”四级育人模式,为发挥高校勤工助学育人功能,探索可行性路径。In recent years,with the rapid development of the country's socio-economic level,the growing material,spiritual,and cultural needs of the people are also constantly increasing,which also affects the continuous promotion and innovation of the student financial aid and education model in universities.The traditional guarantee based funding is no longer able to fundamentally meet the needs of young college students adapting to the rapidly changing information society.Various universities are actively exploring the implementation path from guarantee based funding to development based funding for education.Among them,work study programs,as a supplement to the student aid system in universities,have shown obvious advantages and effects in educating all staff,the whole process,and all aspects.From the perspective of"three comprehensive education",this article uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges of work study management in universities,and constructs a SWOT matrix to form a development strategy for work study programs in universities.It proposes to scientifically construct a four level education model of"school college employment department student"for work study programs,in order to give full play to the role of work study education in universities.Function,explore feasible paths.
