高校大学生创新创业能力现状、影响因素及策略探究——以龙岩学院为例

摘　　要：高校是创新创业人才培养的重要阵地。新时代对大学生成长需求和创新创业能力要求不断发生变化,这对高校创新创业教育提出新的挑战。基于SWOT-AHP分析了影响大学生创新创业能力的因素,提出大学生创新创业能力培养模式及策略,构建融通创新创业教育生态培养模式。Colleges and universities are the important positions to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents.In the new era,the requirements of college students'growth and innovation and entrepreneurship are changing,which poses new challenges to the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.Based on SWOT-AHP,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of college students,puts forward the training mode and strategies of the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of college students,and builds an ecological training model of integrated innovation and entrepreneurship education.
