坠落伤致眶尖综合征1例分析

摘　　要：患者男性,52岁,因4 m高处坠落伤就诊。眼部检查发现右眼眶内侧壁骨折伴内直肌嵌顿,同时出现右眼视物模糊、上睑下垂及眼肌麻痹症状。入院完善眼科辅助检查,诊断为眶尖综合征。急诊行右眼眼睑及结膜裂伤清创缝合术,眼眶减压,全身给予抗炎、对症及营养支持治疗,病情稳定。The patient was a 52 years old male admitted to the hospital due to a fall injury from a height of 4 meters.Ocular examination found that the patient had orbital medial wall fracture of the right eye with medial rectus muscle entrapment,simultaneously accompanied with blurred vision in the right eye,ptosis of the upper eyelid,and paralysis of the eye muscles.After a comprehensive examination,the diagnosis of orbital apex syndrome was established.Emergency treatments were performed,including debridement and suturing of the right eyelid and conjunctival laceration,orbital decompression,systemic anti-inflammatory,and symptomatic and nutritional support therapy.The condition then regained stable.
