摘  要:从关系链接的视角出发,以2009年和2010年美国国家科学院生物学领域当选院士的科研团队为研究对象,从合作关系的持久性、稳定性、合作依赖程度、成员网络位置以及主题相似性5个方面,对团队负责人与成员之间的链接关系进行了定量测度,并探讨上述属性对团队绩效的影响和作用机制。结果表明:团队负责人与成员之间的合作持久性、稳定性以及主题相似性均与团队绩效呈现显著的“倒U形”关系;团队负责人与成员之间的双向合作依赖对团队绩效有显著的负向作用;成员在合作网络中的位置对团队生产力具有显著影响。This paper focuses on the relational dynamics within research teams comprised of elected academicians from the National Academy of Sciences in the field of biology in 2009 and 2010.It quantitatively assesses the relationship between team leaders and members based on factors such as the persistence and stability of the collaborative relationship,collaboration interdependence,member network location,and topic similarity,to investigate how these attributes influence team performance and the underlying mechanisms at play.The results indicate that the persistence,stability,and topic similarity of cooperation between team leaders and members exhibit a significant"inverted U-shape"relationship with team performance.Additionally,bidirectional cooperative dependence between team leaders and members negatively impacts team performance,while the position of members within the cooperation network significantly affects team productivity.These results offer valuable insights into decision-making processes and provide empirical support for developing policies aimed at establishing high-performance research teams.
