战略柔性对企业绩效的影响:双元绿色创新的中介作用与CSR的调节效应

摘  要:绿色转型升级背景下,如何解决转型成本高和技术能力弱的问题,关系着企业的可持续发展。基于动态能力理论和双元创新理论,构建以双元绿色创新为中介变量、企业社会责任(Corporate social responsibility,CSR)为调节变量的战略柔性对企业绩效影响的概念模型,以中国重污染行业为样本进行实证检验。分析发现:战略柔性对企业绩效有显著正向影响,双元绿色创新在战略柔性和企业绩效关系中均发挥部分中介效应,CSR能够正向调节战略柔性与双元绿色创新的关系。从重视培育战略柔性、注重双元绿色创新和履行CSR的角度,提出企业绿色转型升级的管理建议。Under the background of green transformation and upgrading, how to solve the problems of high transformation cost and weak technical ability is related to the sustainable development of enterprises. Based on dynamic capability theory and ambidextrous innovation theory, this paper constructs a conceptual model of the impact of strategic flexibility on firm performance, which takes ambidextrous green innovation as the mediating variable and corporate social responsibility(CSR) as the moderating variable. The empirical test is conducted by taking heavily polluting industries in China as samples. The results show that strategic flexibility has a significant positive effect on firm performance. Ambidextrous green innovation play a partial mediating effect on the relationship between strategic flexibility and firm performance. CSR positively moderates the relationship between strategic flexibility and ambidextrous green innovation. From the perspective of cultivating strategic flexibility, paying attention to ambidextrous green innovation and fulfilling CSR, the management suggestions of green transformation and upgrading of enterprises are put forward.
