摘　　要：只有坚持从大历史观出发,才能更好地理解和把握习近平文化思想,厘清文化的一系列基本问题。习近平文化思想,立足中华民族的历史长河明确了中国特色社会主义文化的根脉源流,立足中国共产党的历史定位明确了中国特色社会主义文化突出的党性、人民性、先进性等根本属性,立足事业发展的历史大势明确了中国特色社会主义文化“两个巩固”的功能地位和“三个事关”的作用地位,立足新征程上党的历史任务明确了继续推动文化繁荣、建设文化强国、建设中华民族现代文明的新文化使命,着眼实现全体人民精神生活共同富裕,增强实现中华民族伟大复兴的精神力量,开创人类文明新形态。Only by adhering to the broad historical perspective can we better understand and grasp Xi Jinping thought on culture and clarify a series of fundamental issues regarding culture.Xi Jinping thought on culture,based on the long history of the Chinese nation,has clarified the origin of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.Based on the historical positioning of the CPC,it has defined the fundamental attributes of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,such as its Party nature,people-centeredness,and progressiveness.Based on the historical trend of the development of the cause,it has clarified the functional position of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in“two consolidations”and the role of“three major issues.”Based on the historical task of the Party in the new journey,it has defined the new cultural mission of continuing to promote cultural prosperity,building a cultural powerhouse,and constructing a modern civilization of the Chinese nation.It aims to achieve common prosperity in the spiritual life of all people,enhance the spiritual strength for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and create a new form of human civilization.
