狗牙根产草量及营养成分综合评价

摘  要:为了选育优质高产的饲草新品种,本研究于2018—2020年,以栽培种‘鄂引3号狗牙根’为对照,对‘热研29号狗牙根’等狗牙根属的12份品系/品种开展产草量及营养成分综合比较研究,通过连续3年观测其株高、产草量和营养价值对其进行综合比较研究。结果发现,在参试材料中,‘热研29号狗牙根’的年均鲜草产量最高,为54219.26 kg·hm^(-2)·a^(-1),显著高于对照品种‘鄂引3号狗牙根’;年均干草产量最高,为27709.85 kg·hm^(-2)·a^(-1),显著高于‘鄂引3号狗牙根’。以各品系/品种的株高、鲜草产量、干草产量、粗蛋白含量以及粗纤维含量的隶属函数值为计算指标,利用模糊数学中的隶属函数法对其产草量及营养成分进行评价分析,通过隶属函数分析结果发现‘热研29号狗牙根’综合评价最优,明显优于对照品种‘鄂引3号狗牙根’。本研究结果为狗牙根新品种选育提供良好的试验基础,有望选育出高产、优质的牧草型狗牙根新品种。In order to breed high-quality,high-yielding new varieties of forage crops,the comparison test was conducted to study 12 Cynodon Richard accessions during 2018 to 2020 taking C.dactylon cv.'Eyin No.3'as comparison.The plant height,grass yield,and the nutrient content were measured and analyzed through 3 continuous years.The results showed that the fresh grass yield of C.dactylon cv.Reyan No.29 was the highest,up to 54219.26kg·hm^(-2)·a^(-1),which was significantly higher than C.dactylon cv.'Eyin No.3'.The hay yield of C.dactylon cv.Reyan No.29 was the highest,up to 27709.85 kg·hm^(-2)·a^(-1),which was significantly higher than C.dactylon cv.'Eyin No.3'.The subordinate function analysis of five indexes of fresh grass yield,hay yield,plant height,crude protein and crude fiber showed that the comprehensive evaluation of C.dactylon cv.Reyan No.29 was obviously better than that of C.dactylon cv.'Eyin No.3',which was a excellent C.dactylon new variety.The results of this study provided sufficient basis for breeding new forage varieties of Cynodon Richard.It is very hopeful to breed a new variety of Cynodon Richard with high yield and quality.
