摘　　要：文化是民族复兴和社会发展的重要源泉,在公安院校人才培养中起着关键作用。文化育警对于公安院校政治建校、政治建警,落实立德树人根本任务,推动公安教育教学改革至关重要。当前公安院校文化育警还存在诸多需要提升的空间,以传承中华优秀传统文化,弘扬中国共产党人精神谱系以及现代河南精神的有机内核,续公安英模精神为主要抓手,进行具有公安特色的学科、专业、课程、人才、社会服务等育人体系建设,必定能够推动公安教育高质量发展。Culture is an important source of national rejuvenation and social development,playing a crucial role in talent cultivation in public security colleges and universities.Cultural education of police officers is important for the political construction of public security colleges and universities,the political building of the police force,the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents and the promotion of the reform in public security education and teaching.At present,there is still a lot of room for improvement in the cultural police education in public security colleges and universities.With inheriting the excellent traditional Chinese culture,carrying forward the spiritual pedigree of the CPC and the organic core of modern Henan spirit,and continuing the public security model spirit as the important levers,the construction of education systems,disciplines,majors,courses,talents and social services with public security characteristics will certainly promote the high-quality development of public security education,
