职业院校植物病虫害防治赛项备赛方案的探索与实践

摘  要:为提高学生对植物病虫害防治的掌握程度,本文对2023年全国职业院校技能大赛新增设的植物病虫害防治赛项进行简要介绍,通过文献查阅、调研交流和参赛经验总结等方式,基于植物病虫害防治的技能要求,提出“研、建、选、训、赛、析”四位六段职业技能竞赛体系并加以实践。该项赛事以中级农作物植保员职业标准为依据,通过植物病虫害基础理论考核、植物病虫害识别与标本制作和农药的配制3个模块,培养符合技术技能型人才培养要求和农业生产岗位需要的人才。实践结果表明,该方案不仅有力促进了参赛师生对于病虫害知识技能的应用,而且锻炼了学生的实践动手能力,为培养高素质应用型人才提供参考。To improve students’mastery of plant disease and pest control,the newly added plant disease and pest control competition in the 2023 National Vocational College Skills Competition was briefly introduced.Through literature review,research and exchange,and summary of participation experience,based on the skill requirements of plant disease and pest control,a four person six stage vocational skills competition system of“research,construction,selection,training,competition,and analysis”was proposed and put into practice.This competition is based on the professional standards of intermediate crop protection personnel.Through 3 modules:basic theory assessment of plant diseases and pests,identification and specimen preparation of plant diseases and pests,and pesticide formulation,it aimed to cultivate talents who meet the requirements of technical and skilled talent cultivation and the needs of agricultural production positions.The practical results showed that this plan not only effectively promotes the application of disease and pest control knowledge and skills by participating teachers and students,but also cultivates students’practical and hands-on abilities,provides a reference for cultivating high-quality applied talents.
