高职物流专业学生农村就业意愿调查与提升策略分析

摘　　要：为有效助力乡村物流产业高质量发展,本文采用问卷调查和深度访谈的方法,对某高职院校277名物流管理专业学生的就业现状、农村就业意愿及影响因素进行深入调查与分析。结果表明,工资收入、工作地点和工作自主性对物流专业学生农村就业意愿产生影响,根据个人、家庭、学校和社会等就业意愿影响因素提出针对性对策。具体对策包括提升个人职业认知,培养其对该领域的从业热情;转变回乡创业观念,家长与子女共同了解该行业的发展趋势和就业前景,增强就业信心;学校开展就业指导教学,增设课程、加强就业指导服务以及建立激励机制等,激发就业热情;获取社会的广泛支持,加大对该行业的宣传力度,提高行业认知度和认可度。这些措施有助于增强学生从事乡村物流行业的实践技能,为更好地服务乡村振兴、培养乡村物流人才提供参考。To effectively promote the high-quality development of rural logistics industry,the methods of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview were adopted to investigate and analyze the employment status,rural employment willingness,and influencing factors of 277 logistics management majors in a vocational college.The results indicated that salary income,workplace location,and job autonomy had an impact on the rural employment willingness of logistics majors.Targeted strategies were proposed based on factors such as personal,family,school,and social factors that affect employment willingness.Specific measures includes enhancing personal career awareness and cultivating their enthusiasm for the field;transforming the concept of returning to one’s hometown for entrepreneurship,parents and children jointly understand the development trends and employment prospects of the industry,and enhancing employment confidence;the school carring out employment guidance teaching,adding courses,strengthens employment guidance services,and establishing incentive mechanisms to stimulate employment enthusiasm;obtaining widespread support from society,increasing publicity efforts for the industry,and enhancing industry awareness and recognition.These measures will help enhance students’practical skills in the rural logistics industry,providing reference for better serving rural revitalization and cultivating rural logistics talents.
