摘 要:目的:探讨基于BOPPPS结合微课教学模式应用于规培医生乳房体格检查教学中的效果。方法:选择2023年8月-10月接受乳房体格检查教学的120名规培医生作为研究对象,按上课小组次序采用随机抽签法分为对照组和实验组,对照组60名规培医生采用传统教学模式,实验组60名规培医生采用BOPPPS结合微课教学模式,比较两组规培医生培训考核成绩、教学质量、教学满意度的差别。结果:实验组规培医生理论考核和技能操作考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组规培医生对教学质量各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组规培医生对教学模式、环境、内容、态度及自我专业素质提升满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:规培医生乳房体格检查采取基于BOPPPS结合微课的教学方式,对规培医生培训考核成绩、教学质量的提升具有一定程度作用,可提升其对教学评价的满意度。Objective:To investigate the impact of the BOPPPS instructional model integrated with micro-lectures on the teaching of breast physical examination for standardized resident trainees.Methods:From August 2023 to October 2023,120 standardized resident trainees who were undergoing breast physical examination instruction were selected as the study participants.Among them,60 trainees receiving the traditional teaching approach were designated as the control group,while the remaining 60 trainees exposed to the BOPPPS model combined with micro-lectures served as the experimental group.The training assessment results,teaching quality and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The scores of all aspects in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of teaching quality in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical students in the experimental group with the teaching model,environment,content,attitude and self-professional quality improvement were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The implementation of the BOPPPS model in conjunction with micro-lectures in the teaching of breast physical examination for standardized trainees has the potential to enhance training assessment scores and teaching satisfaction,and to some extent,elevate the overall teaching quality.
