摘  要:目的:探讨在全日制医学本科生教学中以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)在风湿性心脏病超声诊断中的教学效果。方法:选取在安徽医科大学第二临床医学院学习的58名2021级全日制本科生作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为研究组和对照组。其中,研究组(29名)实施PBL教学法,对照组(29名)实施以授课为基础的教学法(LBL)。授课结束后,采取客观性评价和主观性评价相结合的方式分别两组的教学效果进行分析。结果:在客观性评价中,研究组医学生的理论知识评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。在主观性评价中,研究组医学生在知识点掌握、临床思维能力、团队协作能力、自主学习能力、实践操作能力及教学方法的满意度六个方面的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法在风湿性心脏病超声诊断中的教学效果优于LBL教学法,运用PBL教学法能够提高医学生对知识点的掌握程度、增强学习的主动性,有利于提升学习效果。Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of problem-based learning(PBL)in teaching ultrasound diagnosis of rheumatic heart disease in full-time undergraduate medical students.Methods:Fifty-eight full-time undergraduate students of the class of 2021 studying in the Second Clinical Medical College of Anhui Medical University were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.Among them,29 in the study group,PBL teaching method was implemented,and 29 in the control group,lecture-based learning(LBL)teaching method was implemented.At the end of the lectures,a combination of objective and subjective evaluations were conducted to assess of the teaching methods with the teaching effects of the research group and the control group,respectively.Results:In the objective evaluation,the theoretical knowledge score of the observation group was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the subjective evaluation,the scores of the research group in the six aspects of knowledge mastery,clinical thinking ability,teamwork ability,independent learning ability,practical operation ability and satisfaction with teaching methods were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching effect of PBL teaching method in rheumatic heart disease ultrasound diagnosis is better than that of LBL teaching method,and the use of PBL teaching method can improve the medical students'mastery of knowledge,enhance the initiative of learning,and is conducive to improving the learning effect.
