荷叶中荷叶碱的提取及其体外降血脂活性研究

摘  要:采用超声波-溶剂法提取荷叶中的荷叶碱,通过单因素和正交实验确定提取荷叶碱的最佳条件,并测定不同浓度荷叶碱提取液对甘油三酯的分解作用。实验结果表明,提取荷叶碱的最佳条件为:回流时间2h、回流温度85℃、液料比40(mL∶g)、提取液pH值为2,在此条件下荷叶碱的提取率为0.500mg·g^(-1);荷叶碱能够促进甘油三酯的分解,浓度为0.085mg·mL^(-1)的荷叶碱提取液对甘油三酯的分解率高达73.0%。由此可见,荷叶碱具有降血脂的作用,期望本研究能够为荷叶碱的开发利用提供理论依据。Using ultrasonic-solvent method to extract nuciferine in lotus leaf,the optimal conditions for extracting were determined through single factor and orthogonal experiments.Subsequently,the decomposition effects of different concentrations of nuciferine on triglycerides were measured.The experimental results showed that the optimal conditions for extracting nuciferine were:reflux time of 2h,reflux temperature of 85℃,liquid-solid ratio of 40(mL∶g),and extraction solution pH of 2.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of nuciferine was 0.500mg·g^(-1).Furthermore,nuciferine could promote the decomposition of triglycerides,and a 0.085mg·mL^(-1) nuciferine solution achieved a decomposition rate of 73.0%for triglycerides.It is evident that nuciferine possess a hypolipidemic activity,and this study aims to provide a theoretical foundation for its development and utilization.
