摘　　要：帕金森病(PD)是一种以进行性锥体外系症状和一系列非运动症状为特征的神经系统变性疾病,除运动症状波动外,许多非运动症状也会发生波动变化。非运动症状波动对于帕金森病患者生活质量影响很大,并可能独立于运动症状波动。目前国内学者对于非运动波动缺乏重视,故本文总结近些年国外对于非运动波动的相关研究,进行初步综述。Parkinson disease(PD)is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by progressive extrapyramidal symptoms and a range of non-motor symptoms,and in addition to the fluctuation of motor symptoms,there are also fluctuations of non-motor symptoms.Non-motor symptom fluctuations have a significant impact on the quality of life of patients with Parkinson’s disease and may be independent of motor symptom fluctuations.At present,scholars in China do not pay much attention to non-motor fluctuations,and therefore,this article reviews the foreign studies on non-motor fluctuations in recent years.
