摘  要:配备有动车所的大型高铁站同时承担行车与调车2类作业,编制到发线运用计划时充分考虑行调冲突的影响对确保行车安全、提高车站运转效率具有重要意义。为此,在分析行调作业时空冲突机理基础上,将行调冲突量化整合为列车过站费用的形式,以列车过站费用小、到发线利用均衡性强和到发线运用计划鲁棒性优为优化目标,考虑行调冲突疏解、分段解锁条件下列车进路冲突疏解等安全约束,构建到发线运用多目标优化模型,设计改进遗传算法进行求解。以某大型高铁站为例进行验证,结果表明,模型优化方案比现行方案过站费用降低了15.0%,均衡性和鲁棒性分别提升25.2%和24.9%,相邻列车缓冲时间提高14.3%,在保证行车作业安全及到发线运用计划鲁棒性的情况下,模型可减少行车作业对调车作业的时空干扰,提高车站运转效率,为大型高铁站到发线运用计划编制提供参考。Large high speed railway stations equipped with electric multiple unit(EMU)depots simultaneously undertake train movements and shunting activities.When operation plans for departure and arrival tracks are formulated,it is crucial to fully consider the impact of conflicts between train movements and shunting activities to ensure operational safety and improve the operational efficiency of stations.To address this,this study quantified conflicts between train movements and shunting activities based on the analysis of their spatiotemporal conflict mechanisms and integrated them into train passing fees.A multi-objective optimization model was constructed to minimize train passing costs,enhance departure and arrival track utilization balance, and improve plan robustness while considering safety constraints such asconflict resolution and segment unlocking conditions. An improved genetic algorithm wasdesigned to solve the model. Case study validation at a large high speed railway station showsthat the optimized model reduces train passing costs by 15.0%, improves balance and robustnessby 25.2% and 24.9%, respectively, and increases buffer time between adjacent trains by 14.3%.Under the premise of ensuring safe operation and robustness of the arrival and departure trackutilization plan, the model reduces spatiotemporal interference of train movements in shuntingoperations, enhances the operational efficiency of stations, and provides guidance for theformulation of arrival and departure track utilization plans at large high speed railway stations.
