即刻种植牙与常规种植牙治疗牙齿缺失的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析即刻种植牙与常规种植牙治疗牙齿缺失的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月上海市松江区佘山镇社区卫生服务中心收治的牙齿缺失患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组采用即刻种植牙治疗,对照组采用常规种植牙治疗。比较两组种植成功率、种植体稳定系数、红色美学评分、并发症发生率等。结果:观察组种植牙成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月,观察组种植体稳定系数值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月,观察组红色美学指数评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:即刻种植牙与常规种植牙治疗牙齿缺失的安全性均较高,相比于常规种植牙,即刻种植牙种植成功率更高,种植体稳定性和美学效果更佳。Objective:To analyze the effects of immediate dental implantation and conventional dental implantation in the treatment of tooth missing.Methods:A total of 80 patients with tooth missing who received treatment in Shanghai Songjiang District Sheshan Town Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The observation group received immediate dental implantation treatment,while the control group received conventional dental implantation treatment.The implant success rate,implant stability coefficient,red aesthetic score and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results:The success rate of dental implantation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022).At 1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment,the implant stability coefficient values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment,the red aesthetic index scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both immediate dental implantation and conventional dental implantation have a high safety profile in the treatment of tooth missing.Compared with conventional dental implantation,immediate dental implantation has a higher success rate,better implant stability and better aesthetic results.
