一次性根管治疗与多次根管治疗在牙体牙髓病患者中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较一次性根管治疗与多次根管治疗在牙体牙髓病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年6月山西星博雅健康咨询管理有限公司菜园街口腔门诊部收治的60例牙体牙髓病患者进行研究,根据随机数字表法进行分组,观察组(30例)实施一次性根管治疗,对照组(30例)实施多次根管治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率更高(P=0.030)。术后3 d、7 d,两组疼痛评分均低于术前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后7 d,两组牙齿咬合力提高,出血指数降低,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。术后7 d,两组超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-1β水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与多次根管治疗相比,一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的效果较好,能减少出血量,改善患者咀嚼功能,减轻炎性反应与疼痛。Objective:To compare the application effect of one root canal therapy and multiple root canal therapies in patients with endodontic diseases.Methods:A total of 60 patients with endodontic diseases admitted to Shanxi Xingboya Health Consulting Management Co.,Ltd.Caiyuan Street Dental Clinic from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected for study.The patients were divided into groups according to the random number table method.The observation group(30 cases)implemented one root canal therapy and the control group(30 cases)implemented multiple root canal therapies.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total effective rate of treatment(P=0.030).On 3 d and 7 d after surgery,the pain scores in two groups were lower than those before surgery,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).On 7 d after surgery,the dental occlusal force increased and the bleeding index decreased in the two groups,and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).On 7 d after surgery,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein,interleukin-2 and interleukin-1β in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with multiple root canal therapies,one root canal therapy has a better effect in the treatment of endodontic diseases,which can reduce the amount of bleeding,improve the masticatory function of patients,and relieve inflammatory reaction and pain.
