舍曲林联合普拉克索、多巴丝肼治疗帕金森病合并抑郁的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨舍曲林联合普拉克索、多巴丝肼治疗帕金森病合并抑郁的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年1月普洱市人民医院收治的帕金森病合并抑郁患者76例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组38例。对照组给予普拉克索、多巴丝肼治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用舍曲林治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4、8、12周后,两组HAMD评分下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组帕金森病统一评定量表(UPDRS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4、8、12周后,两组UPDRS评分下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:舍曲林联合普拉克索、多巴丝肼治疗帕金森病合并抑郁的临床效果良好,能够减轻患者症状,且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of sertraline combined with pramipexole,levodopa and benserazide in treating Parkinson's disease with depression.Methods:A total of 76 patients with Parkinson's disease and depression admitted to Puer People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pramipexole,levodopa and benserazide.The study group was treated with sertraline on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the HAMD scores in the two groups decreased,and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the UPDRS scores in the two groups decreased,and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sertraline combined with pramipexole,levodopa and benserazide has good clinical effect in the treatment of Parkinson's disease complicated with depression,and can relieve the symptoms of patients without increasing adverse reactions.
