护士逆商、自我效能感与职业尊重的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨护士逆商、自我效能感与职业尊重的相关性。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2022年12月—2024年6月青岛大学附属医院在职的402名护士作为研究对象,调查护士的一般资料,使用逆境反应量表、自我效能感量表和护士职业尊重量表评估护士逆商、自我效能感和职业尊重,分析护士逆商、自我效能感与职业尊重的相关性。结果:护士职业尊重与自我效能感、逆商呈正相关,护士自我效能感与逆商呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论:护士的职业尊重与自我效能感、逆商密切相关,医院应加强培训,优化管理措施,提高护士的自我效能感、逆商及职业尊重。Objective:To investigate the correlation of adversity quotient and self-efficacy with job esteem among nurses.Methods:A total of 402 nurses working in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from December 2022 to June 2024 were selected by convenience sampling method.The general data of nurses were surveyed.The adversity quotient,self-efficacy and job esteem of nurses were evaluated by using the Adversity Response Profile,Self-efficacy Scale and Job-Esteem Scale for Nurses in Hospital.The correlation of nurses'adversity quotient and self-efficacy with job esteem was analyzed.Results:Nurses'job esteem was positively correlated with self-efficacy and adversity quotient,and nurses'self-efficacy was positively correlated with adversity quotient(P<0.001).Conclusion:Nurses'job esteem is closely related to self-efficacy and adversity quotient.Hospitals should strengthen training and optimize management measures to improve nurses'self-efficacy,adversity quotient and job esteem.
