摘 要:目的:观察CICARE沟通模式在基层医院急诊科护理工作中的应用效果。方法:惠州市第六人民医院急诊科于2023年9月起进行CICARE沟通模式培训,以此时间点分为培训前和培训后,选取同批急诊科护理人员90名作为研究对象,选取2023年8月接收的患者45例为对照组,选取2024年12月接收的患者45例为观察组。对比培训前后急诊科护士的急诊护理质量、交接班时间、CICARE沟通模式认知水平及两组患者的满意率。结果:培训后,护理人员的急症抢救、服务态度、护患沟通、文书书写评分均高于培训前(P<0.001);护理人员的交接班时间短于培训前,CICARE沟通模式认知水平评分高于培训前(P<0.001)。观察组患者总满意率高于对照组(P=0.026)。结论:CICARE沟通模式在基层医院急诊科护理工作中的应用效果较好,能够提高护理人员的急诊护理质量、CICARE沟通模式认知水平及患者满意率,缩短交接班时间。Objective:To observe the application effect of CICARE communication mode in emergency department nursing work in primary hospitals.Method:CICARE communication mode training was conducted in Department of Emergency Medicine at Huizhou Sixth People's Hospital since September 2023.Using this time point,this study was divided into pre-training and posttraining.The 90 nursing staff of emergency department during this period were selected as the study subjects.A total of 45 patients admitted in August 2023 were selected as the control group,and 45 patients received in September 2023 were selected as the observation group.The emergency nursing quality,shift handover time,CICARE communication mode awareness level,and patient satisfaction rate in two group before and after training were compared.Results:After the training,the scores of emergency rescue,service attitude,nurse-patient communication,and document writing of the nursing staff were higher than those before the training(P<0.001).After the training,the shift handover time of nursing staff was shorter than that before the training,and the cognitive level of CICARE communication mode was higher than that before the training(P<0.001).The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.026).Conclusion:The application effect of CICARE communication mode in emergency department nursing is good,which can improve the quality of emergency nursing of medical staff,the cognitive level of CICARE communication mode and patient satisfaction rate,and shorten the shift handover time.
