摘 要:本文提出了一种基于SSPP的三频独立可重构陷波滤波器,能够利用SSPP结构上附加三个陷波结构实现三个频率的独立可重构陷波。本文所设计的陷波滤波器能在1.5GHz-4.5GHz低通通带内引入三个陷波点,改变可变电容容值来实现陷波频率的独立控制。该设计通过改变可变电容容值,决定了陷波结构在不同谐振频率下等效为短路接地,进而引入可调陷波点,与此同时不影响SSPP原有的低通滤波特性。仿真结果表明,该设计可以实现在1.5GHz-4.5GHz频段内的三频陷波独立可重构。In this paper,a three-frequency independent reconfigurable notch filter based on SSPP is proposed,which can use three additional notch structures on the SSPP structure to achieve independent reconfigurable notches at three frequencies.The notch filter designed in this article can introduce three notch points in the 1.5GHz-4.5GHz low-pass pass band,and change the variable capacitance value to achieve independent control of the notch frequency.By changing the capacitance of the variable capacitor,this design determines that the notch structure is equivalent to a shortcircuit grounding at different resonant frequencies,thereby introducing an adjustable notch point without affecting the original low-pass filtering characteristics of SSPP.Simulation results show that this design can achieve independent reconfiguration of three-frequency notches in the 1.5GHz-4.5GHz frequency band.
