摘  要:立足“落实立德树人根本任务”和“践行社会主义友善观”的时代背景,选取某培智学校同一班级的4名学生为研究个案,采用“暖场活动+绘本导入+绘本分享+绘本扩展+家校共读+社区延伸”的绘本教学活动对其同伴友善品德进行系统干预。结果表明,绘本教学以杠杆效应有效提升了同伴威慑者与同伴绝缘者的友善言行,借助涟漪效应促进了班级氛围的整体优化,并通过校家社协同育人的联动效应实现了干预效果的自然内化和情境拓展。In the context of“upholding the fundamental task of moral education”and“practicing the socialist core value of friendliness”,this study selects four students from the same class in a school for mentally retardation as case subjects.Utilizing a picture-book-teaching-activity comprising“warm-up activities,picture book introduction,story sharing,picture book extension,home-school co-reading,and community involvement”,the intervention aims to systematically improve students'peer friendliness.The results show that picture book teaching,through its leverage effect,significantly enhances the friendly behavior and language of peer intimidators and social isolates,while the ripple effect contributes to an overall improvement in class atmosphere.Moreover,the synergistic effect of school,family,and community foster the natural internalization and contextual extension of the intervention's results.
